![]() ![]() I did play with a bard that handled it before, but it was a bigger nightmare. Early in the game it IS a pain even with a thief opening doors. I managed to get my thieve's skullduggery to 100 easily by level 9. Going to delete 1 or two characters and make new ones to replace them in 8. I am doing a play thru from 6,7,8 so I have to have the starting party for 8 to be what I want in 8 for the most part. Personality seems to be a crap stat and waste in 6. Diplomacy is in 7, but broke in gold version I hear. Lord makes a better diplomacy type character is maybe the only reason to have one over a Val that I can maybe find. The exp requirements and stat requirements are a lot to lvl compared to Val. ![]() I address the lockpicking question in the second to last paragraph if u want to jump right to it.
